Another Dock ("Another Dock", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the Another Dock website, download the app, purchase a Pro license, or contact us for support.

Information We Collect

The Another Dock app is designed to work locally on your Mac. We do not collect analytics, browsing history, the contents of your dock items, files, folders, apps, links, groups, or other usage data from the app.

We may process the following limited information:

• Purchase and license information: when you buy a Pro license, Creem processes the checkout and may provide us with information needed to complete the purchase and manage the license, such as your email address, order ID, license status, product purchased, and payment status.
• License activation information: when you enter a license code in the app, we may process the license code and activation count needed to verify and enforce the license limit. A Pro license may be activated on up to 3 devices. After activation, the app can be used fully offline.
• Support communications: if you contact us, we process the email address you use and the content of your message so we can respond.
• Website and download requests: standard server logs may be generated when you visit our website or download the app, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp.

Payments and Creem

Another Dock is distributed through our own website. Pro purchases are handled by Creem. Creem may act as the merchant of record and process information needed for checkout, payment, tax, invoicing, fraud prevention, and compliance. Creem's handling of buyer information is described in its Privacy Notice.

Creem may require your email address during purchase so the checkout, receipt, license delivery, and customer support process can work. We do not receive or store your full card number or other full payment credentials. Payment details are processed by Creem and its payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• provide downloads and updates;
• process Pro purchases and license activation;
• enforce license limits and prevent abuse;
• provide receipts, support, refunds, and account-related help;
• maintain the security and reliability of the website and licensing system;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to operate Another Dock, including with:

• Creem, for checkout, payment, tax, invoicing, licensing, and purchase support;
• service providers that host or operate our website, downloads, licensing, email, or support systems;
• authorities, courts, or advisors when required by law or needed to protect our rights, users, or service.

Data Retention

We keep purchase, license, and support information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the product, maintain your license, handle refunds or disputes, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse.

Children's Privacy

Another Dock is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, refund, or license-management purposes.
