These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Another Dock, including the Another Dock website, downloads, app, updates, Pro license, and related support services. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Another Dock, you agree to these Terms.
Another Dock is distributed through our own website. It is no longer distributed through the Mac App Store. You are responsible for downloading Another Dock only from our official website or another location we expressly authorize.
The free version of Another Dock includes the core app experience, with the following limits:
You may unlock Pro by purchasing a one-time license. A Pro license removes the free version limits and allows use on up to 3 devices. You are responsible for keeping your license information secure.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute your license key or use it to provide access for people outside your own permitted use. We may suspend or revoke licenses used for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
Pro purchases are handled by Creem. Creem may act as the merchant of record and contractual reseller for the purchase, and may handle checkout, payment processing, taxes, invoices, fraud prevention, and related purchase administration.
Creem requires an email address during purchase so it can complete checkout, issue receipts, and support license delivery. Your purchase may also be subject to Creem's buyer terms, checkout terms, Privacy Notice, Terms of Service, and refund handling process.
Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, and requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be processed through Creem and are subject to applicable law, Creem's checkout process, and any product-specific refund policy shown at checkout. We may decline refund requests involving abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
We may provide updates, bug fixes, compatibility updates, or feature changes from time to time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Another Dock or the website at any time. Some features may require a current compatible version of macOS.

Another Dock, including the app, website, design, trademarks, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use Another Dock; they do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Another Dock is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Another Dock will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from or related to Another Dock or these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Another Dock after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
